Home for the weekend.

So its been 3 weeks since my moms surgery as of yesterday and 3 weeks today of me being away from home. I've been staying with my mom and helping her since she cant walk, taking her to her appointments, taking my brother & sister to school, cooking, cleaning, grocery and home shopping all that and still taking care of my toddler Khaila. let me tell you im exhausted ive been non stop for 3 weeks running around getting lil to no sleep but its what i have to do its my family and family is everything to me and my mom has done so much for me so im not complaining.

Now she can do more without help, she still cant walk on her foot well now she has a boot on but no pressure can be put on it till 6 to 8 weeks (3 down) but she has her crutches and she is feeling way better so im leaving for the weekend to go back home and be with xavie since he has sat off and gets out early today and sun so a nice weekend should do me good catch up on my rest <3

It's been so nice being with my mom its gonna be a year in June since ive moved out and i missed my mom, brother, and sister and seeing them everyday. Joking around, fighting haha, and just hanging out with them i missed it. I also miss home my bed, xavie, my kitty Dexter and its so much easier with Khaila all her toys, clothes, its baby proofed lol, and her crib (which im gonna have to get her use to again!!!) Also i cant wait to get some fabric and try out some of the ideas i found i miss my sewing machine!!!

so heres to the weekend back home =]

oh i wanted to share this x-ray of my moms ankle after surgery its pretty intense!  its not great quality but still u can see it =] she broke her ankle in 3 places bone broke off both sides and fractured the back.
she has a plate, 8 pins, 2 screws, and 25 staples (staples are out now).

the doctor said she had a very intense surgery and recovery time is a long time. my poor mom, and what sucks is she just bought a new car after not having one for awhile and hasnt got to drive but a few times!

Yes its been something I've always wanted to try and learn =] so i was bored the other day and decided to go to the store and buy some yarn and a hook. 2 bucks at Michaels for my hook and a dollar at the dollar tree for my yarn not a bad deal to just start and practice with. 

                                                                                                                               

I went home put Khaila down for her nap pulled the lap top out and searched Google and you tube and statring practicing. i thought i was gonna get frustrated and it be hard but it was actually pretty easy and relaxing so i found my new hobby on top of every other hobby i add to my life lol.

so now im practicing making a beanie! then what ever else cute i find im excited its also a stress release which any stay at home momma needs =]

Whimsical Occasions

Wanted to share with everyone a friend of mine her party custom party supply shop. FB Store Her name is Ashlin and she is a very nice wonderful girl. She started her fb store in May 2011 it has grown so much since then she has such cute themes, really good prices/packages. she also runs a blog here is the link /whimsical-occasions.

With working on orders all day she also is a full time wife and a  mommy to a beautiful baby boy. i give her kudos for having a successful business and being a wonderful mother and wife <3 Go Ashlin!!!  I've order from her it was fast,simple, and easy and didn't have to wait forever for my order which was awesome & a plus <3 i planned to go to her from my daughter's next birthday party supplies. i only order cupcake toppers from her cause thats all i needed and here are the ones for my forth of July party.

My Giggle Place

Today my friend Jackie and I decided to try this place i found out about some time ago its called My Giggle Place. So far there is only one location which lucky for us super close to us. They are located in Fullerton, CA.

the prices are awesome and the place is fun and has so many different play areas along with toys. Khaila & Aiden had tons of fun playing in the ball pit, going down the slides, and just running round playing with the balls/toys. it was only 8 dollars to be there for 2 hrs!!! best 8 dollars spent. the place also has different packages that you can check out on their page or click Here. also helped us mommies by tiring them out and also just gets them to be more social with other kids their age. ( many different ages but still safe and fun). To any locals i would recommend you check it out <3

i also just found out on their website that they will be having a dance studio there and starting age 2 so im super excited for that! oh oh one more thing they also have a photography studio i haven't checked it out yet but i will =] all in all i give this place 2 THUMBS UP!!!

lovely day with my princess

Today was a really pretty day out so i wanted to get khaila out for some fresh air. she loves to slide and i recently found this lil store that buys and sells baby things so i went there to find one and i did 20 bucks <3 there was one exactly like it for 10 bucks but it was a lil wore out and had a few cracks so i didn't want to take my chances. There was so many other things i wanted to get for her to be at my moms house (her grandmas) to play outside but didn't want to over do it plus i had a small car lol. I wish i would had found out this place a long time ago when i spent hundreds of dollars on all her toys strollers and other little things.

sick baby

no i feel like she just go over being sick =\

she has a horrible ugly cough and has been warm i made an appt. for tomorrow im hoping she is okay and not sick it will be so hard to take care of her, my mom , and siblings...

shes still active which is good but doesn't want to really eat.. here is her playing behind the couch like its a tunnel and wearing my Minnie ears hehe gosh i love this lil girl <3

Sewing?

ive always enjoined it and since i got my sewing machine fixed finally after 3 years i think i will start making clothes and other things for khaila and maybe start a lil shop =]

hospital...

so my mom fell down the stairs and with her luck broke her ankle in 3 places so today she surgery. she is fine just in pain but its normal. im so tired i have been running around all day since 6am and at that had no sleep cause i was helping her in the middle of the nite to go the restroom. so im pretty much a zombie and the one thing i hate about the hospital is the parking. OMG ive had to go back and forth from the hospital to drop khaila off at home with her dad so i could be in the room with my mom to help her and just be with and no children under allowed. then i had to go get food for me and my mom then last was to drop the car off at home so xavie had a car and then got my moms car. each time i had to pay 5 dollars and if it wasnt for the security guard who gave me one freebie i would had paid 15 dollars =\ but still i paid 10 and thats money i dont really have....

so now im with my mom staying the nite with her so she isnt alone because i know how it is to be in the hospital over nite alone and its not fun i cried my first time.

they said she will be discharged tomorrow morning.. bring on the zombie haha ill be staying at my moms house till she can walk and do things by herself so i will be taking care of khaila my mom and my bro and sis wish me luck i dont lose my mind haha

I LOVE MY MOM SO MUCH I DONT MIND AND I KNOW SHE WOULD DO IT FOR ME =]
