1st Baseball Game

Friday May. 11th was Khaila 1st baseball game! =] Her daddy and I are both.....Dodger fans! so of course that who we went to go see play.  We didn't want to spend money and getting khaila a shirt so i took one of my old shirts and made it to fit her you cant even tell i was so proud of myself again! This is me before i was pregnant with khaila wearing the shirt <3 

                       And here she is in her lovely dodger shirt. ( note. she was watching tv and wasnt feeling to well also was due for a nap)

As soon as we got in the car like 5 minutes in she knocked out the Dodger stadium was about 30 mins away with traffic 40 45 mins. so she got a nice little nap. yup as soon as we got there she was happy and her crazy  silly self. she already knew who was number 1. =]

She had her snacks she cheered and clapped with everyone she was defiantly enjoying herself she may not know what is going on but still she managed to have an awesome time and of course just for khaila they won!

 since she was still up when the game was over and it was a friday and fridays they do the firworks we stayed for them so she could watch them. they were her first ones since 4th of july last year which she was barely walking lol. I dont know what she thought of them she just stared at them with a blank stare the whole time haha 

we all had an awesome night at the ball game <3

My 2nd Mother's Day

Hello everyone and fellow mothers =] I know im a little late with my post sorry life gets busy... -__-  


Every time i look at my beautiful baby girl that day all i kept saying was i have this special day because of i get to be your mommy thank you princess khaila you make life worth living <3 

Lets get started.. the morning of  mother's day i got a text from pretty much my best friend saying to get up get ready we are going to breakfast xavie's treat..  Now at that point i was like what no xavie wouldn't say that he hates spending money plus he just paid for my tattoo the day before. i couldnt ask him either since he was at work. i asked her for the text and she said she deleted it but that she showed manny (her boyfriend) so then i was like hmm maybe okay lets go. well we ended up just going to lunch since we were up and ready in time for breakfast lol oh i did talk to xavie and it was true he treated both of us to lunch she wasnt messing with me =] we went to applebees and it was yummy & it was nice just being out with my friend to get the day started =] After lunch khaila and i went to the store to pick my mom up some flowers and chocolate covered strawberries. the flowers were mini pink roses so she can re plot so she will have them forever and like i said and showed in my other post i got her a suncatcher. click here to see <3. btw the she loved it and got all teary eye which is a good sign u did good =]  we hung out there with her since she wasnt feeling well till xavie got out of work. then it was time to go to xavies side of the family BBQ we ate and khaila played. I can honestly say that mother's day was a very nice relaxing day which is what i needed. For gifts xavie got me mine early i got my beautiful personalized necklace, my a tattoo, dodger mom shirt & my sunflowers. 

Also one of xavies aunts got me some really pretty roses <3

Mother's Day gifts...

I believe this year I did pretty good with mother day gifts. I bought a few and the others I made for less than 5 dollars =] I'll start with the most important persons in my life my mommy <3 Sadly i do not have pictures of hers. I got her mini pink roses and she can re pot them and grow them and have them forever, i got her favorite chocolate covered strawberries, and a personalized sun catcher with mine, my brother, sister and khaila name on it which i found on this site which I love and they have such wonderful, beautiful gifts and also some good coupons that are always popping up! (who doesn't love coupons?) we got such a good deal on my moms we got xavie (boyfriend) mom one too => Random fun fact my daughter Khaila is the first grand child on both sides <3

Now this year is the first year i had mommy friends and i have 4 of the greatest friends  who are all awesome amazing wonderful moms. The first one is Jackie she is my best friend and i found this lovely site and found both of our beautiful necklaces. I only have a picture of mine but hers is the same just her sons name and birthstone. The boyfriend of mine got me this i will post my mother's day post after this one =] 

Now for my other mommy friends i went looking around at different ideas and i came across this lovely blog   K.I.S.S Keep it simple sister and feel in love and was like i will do that! Also this is my first project from a blog that ive done and cant wait to do more from Pinterest =] 

So here is the outcome im super proud of myself (pats self on back)

thats it all my gifts i had lots of fun making them and loved the way they came out and now im on the hunt for a frame for me to make for myself <3

Day 3 potty training update

Im just a little late on this update.. oops sorry =/

okay so for day three we only got her to pee once in her potty that was with the help of dora.

she didnt want to go she held in her pee and cried i think she didnt like that she kept peeing on herself so she tried so hard not too. my poor baby the time she went pee we then took her to the park since this day we got 2 hrs out and we put her in undies and she played for a good hr and no accidents yay. we took her home and we ate and she had to go again but refused to go and held it so i didnt want her to get a bladder infection so we ended the day at that and put her diaper back on =\ i say she did pretty good we are gonna give it a break and come back to it later since she just started getting sick and she now has 2 ear infections so its best we wait till shes feeling better =] 

but im proud of her and me hehe

Day 2. Potty training update

Okay oh man day 2 lots happen.. with day two we only get one hr out of the house so we took her swimming for like 15 mins and then store for the rest cause we needed to pick u some things. the rules are no diapers but she had one and ill get to why..

everything started out good she woke up i put her on her potty she sat there but no pee or poop. than watched some dora, yo gabba gabba, and mickey mouse had some break fast then some play time. no accidents yet then i smell something and let me tell you i had my eyes on her like a hawk but i guess i blink or something cause there it was.. she pooped but she wasnt done so i put her on her potty and she halfed pooped in her potty it was very lil but still it was an accomplishment for us yay!  

later she had some snacks and lunch and nothing but water to help =] she had a few accidents the last one i guess she got scared or idk and she started crying and pee was running down her leg so i put her on her potty and she cried the whole time i felt bad but she did pee so i showed her how proud i was of her and calmed her down and gave her a lollipop as a reward. 

*if any one has any advice on how to help with her being scared please help. 

Now as all this was happening my boyfriend her father was looking at me like i was a bad mom and torturing her and it really just put a toll on me and with that we discussed potty training her after our trip back for vegas since he would have a whole week off so he can help and he said yes he would help and support me but since day one her hasn't besides being negative so since i had no help and she was freaked about peeing in the toilet i got super frustrated and put her in her diaper and left it like that for the rest of the day.. and he had to change every diaper. after i calmed down and talk to my mom and a few friends i decided i was doing good and so was khaila and to just take a deep breath and keep going with it so this morning we started with morning potty and shes still naked and so far no accidents and not potty uses but she is happier and wants to get on her potty =] today is the last day of the potty routine so tomorrow ill have my update and what im gonna do after to continue the potty training.

Wordless Wednesday

I know wordless but I just have to say she is her own person :)

Day 1- potty training update

Day one of potty training ended with 5 accidents,1 poop on floor and at the end of the day she finally started recognizing when she had to pee and would come running to me she only got a few drops In and we praised her for that and she was one excited and happy lil girl =] now we r working on her running to the potty chair not me lol. For her nap she was woke up and dry and same with this morning. 

Potty Training Day 1.

So I do a lot of reading/researching and i've read sooo many different potty training routines and i tumbled along this one Potty Train in 3 days or less and this one just seemed perfect for us and i did try awhile back with a normal potty training technique and i didnt get much results and she ended up hating her potty =\ 

so i decide since my boyfriend has this whole week off it would be perfect to start. I will give updates on each day and after i tell you guys if i think its worth it =] 

wish us luck =] so far i just have a naked toddler running around the house haha no accidents yet <3 

Toddle Along Tuesday: Cheap or free fun with a toddler

Hello everyone and thanks for stopping by my blog it means so much to me you have no idea <3

So this weeks topic is Cheap ways to entertain kids  or for me a toddler and i do have a few that i would love to share with everyone =] hope you enjoy!

i will admit that since khaila is my first and we do have money to spoil her we do so she has lots and lots toys you can ask anyone and her lil side in the room is full of toys then the living room is pretty much her play room! Dont believe me? heres proof. keep in mind a good percent was from Christmas and birthday. A  lot of her big toys we got during black Friday which we saved so much money!

Most of the time i get her toys at Walmart and try to spend less than 20 on a toy. we Do dollar section and target they always have good stuff khaila's favorite so far bubbles and chalk but who doesnt love those? lol or i get all her dress up/pretend toys at the dollar store or 99cent store super cheap and i always find cute toys =] Now toys may entertain her but its not always good to keep her cooped up in the house and miss khaila loves to get dressed and get out of the house. So here are the main places i take khaila where i spend lil to no money..

1. We never can go wrong with a trip to the park she loves the slides and swings i take her before her nap so she gets all tired out and when we get home she knocks out. (relaxing time for mama)
2. im pretty sure every state/city has a children's museum near them and they are usually cheap and with me khaila is free =] She love its there too kids to play with tons of things to play with and explore. Also every first Saturday of the month its free thanks to Target so like this weekend when i was gone on vacation my mom took her and she had lots of fun and again Free or on any other day cheap! 
3. My Giggle Place i posted about it before click here to read and see photos =] that Place is awesome and cheap well to me it is =] 
4. Another thing we do at home it coloring, paint, play with stickers, and play dough i have lots of arts and craft supplies (dollar tree) she can spend a good hour just coloring and i love it too <3 
5. This one isn't for everyone but we got Disneyland annual passes so we also have Disneyland  to keep her entertained and for us its cheap after u pay for it and shes free so we only had to pay for ours and she has the time of her life there <3 

Those are my 5 main things to do with khaila i cant wait to read everyone elses!
